President of Boston CityScapes and founder of The Root in Scituate, Jan brings over 43 years of horticultural experience. As winter draws near, she'll show how hardy, drought-tolerant succulents give us garden time indoors all season.

A plant collector, nurseryman and landscape designer, Warren has spent more than 35 years creating New England landscapes and the display gardens at Tranquil Lake Nursery. His book Plants for the Winter Garden was published in 2024.

An internationally respected botanical artist who has taught for 40 years, Sarah is Education Director at Mass Horticultural Society's Gardens at Elm Bank and has taught at the South Shore Art Center in Cohasset and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

Uprooted: A Gardener Reflects on Beginning Again
Cohosted with the Hingham Garden Club and South Shore Perennials. An avid gardener since her early twenties, Page has written about gardening for three decades and authored eight books. Uprooted tells of leaving a beloved garden of thirty-four years and falling in love with new land.

May Plant Sale
May 15 at the Cohasset Historical Society, 10am–2pm. Members dig and pot perennials, natives and pollinator plants from their own gardens all spring. Our biggest spring fundraiser, and open to everyone.
Yuletide House Tour & Marketplace
December 3, 10am–4pm. This year's theme is Christmas by the Sea. Cohasset homes decorated by our design teams, and a Marketplace of handmade work. Tickets $62.
Books in Bloom
Every other May, members interpret a favorite book in flowers at the Paul Pratt Memorial Library, with visitors voting for a favorite.
